Back again!

Hello friends!
It's been a long long long long time since I last posted.
Just to let you know I am not dead, and I haven't forgotten about you all.

I just finished my first book with Flying Eye Books called Wild (which will be out next month), which I've been working on for the past half year. It feels good to have time off to doodle and come back into the blogging world again!

I will be posting a lot more, but in the meantime enjoy this weird fantasy food chain (looks better when bigger) . I've been drawing so much foliage, it's been working it's way into everything I draw. Also little babies. Deal with it.

  8. This is utterly beautiful, in fact we loved it so much and it was such an instant hit with us that we couldn't resist making it Book of the Week on ReadItDaddy: http://readitdaddy.blogspot.co.uk/2013/06/readitdaddys-book-of-week-week-ending_28.html

Absolutely can't wait to see what you do next!

  11. I love Wild almost as much as my 20 month old daughter does! She chants "Wild! Wild!" every time I ask which story she'd like, and has been obsessed with it since she first spotted it in Foyles a couple of weeks ago. The only downside is that I had to read it five times to her last night. I'm just glad it's such a pleasure to read, and that the illustrations are so beautiful.

  12. Thank you everyone for such lovely comments!
All of your appreciation has been really truly touching, and some of these lil posts even brought a tear to my eye (I am so happy some of your little ones have been able to enjoy it, they are my hardest, but most cherished audience).

So thank you so so much for taking time out to write such kind things.
It means the world, and has made this first time experience so wonderful. It makes me eager to write something new for you all!

    All my love,
    XOX
